When you call, we can Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp to attempt to determine the issue and the severity of the area of repair. We can also schedule an in-person appointment.
The estimate we give you may fluctuate once the issue is explored more in person, but you will never be surprised at bill time.
FINAL INSPECTION / REPAIR PERFORMED
Once I arrive to the location and we determine that both sides agree to the repair, I produce a file for you and your property, send you an electronic invoice to approve, and we will schedule/begin the repair. Once the repair is complete, any remaining payment is required.
FOR THE "DO-IT-YOURSELF" TYPE
I offer video assistance to help you when you get stuck on a job, or just need someone to look over your shoulder to make sure everything is going well with your project! Video advice is only $79/per 30 minutes and is invaluable as you learn your skills!
